You receive 100% of my attention and every session is customized to your specific goals. We will meet to discuss your goals and gain familiarity of your unique physiological structure prior to our first session, ensuring optimal results from your self care investment. Stretching is a big part of most of my clients' sessions. All sessions include a mini sound bath Savasana (relaxation at the end of the practice).

This is classic asana that you would find at most yoga studios. In this practice we mainly work on stretching, elongating, toning and strengthening muscles. We also improve core strength, balance and our ability to stay present. A feeling of lightness and calm energy is normal after every session and long term results are determined by effort, frequency and consistency. Great general workout.
Much of the body soreness that we experience is caused by our fascia hardening and sticking to and pulling on bones and muscle. Yin and Restorative Yoga focus on rejuvenating connective tissues (like joints) by using long held poses, normally on the floor, which rehydrate fascia and returns it to it's normal soft, gliding properties. Great for people with sore joints and body pains.
When we rest our body relaxes, our brain waves slow down, we drop in deeper stages of consciousness, our parasympathetic nervous system is activated and we begin to self-heal. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation (with sound therapy), that offers incredibly deep levels of relaxation that strips accumulated stress from the body. Great for people who need relaxation.

We use pranayama, meditation, mantra, mudra, asana, sound therapy, karma and tantric techniques to awaken your Kundalini energy, open and align your chakras and energetic body, strengthen your nervous and digestive systems, improve circulation, tone and strengthen muscles, organs and glands.
